Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg Capsule is used to treat the symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH) in men; such as difficulty urinating (hesitation, dribbling, weak stream, and incomplete bladder emptying), urinary frequency and urgency, and painful urination. In some cases, Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg is also used to treat kidney stones.

How effective Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg?

Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg Capsule is effective and saves treatment of urinary obstructions caused by benign prostatic hyperplasia. Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg Capsule contains the active ingredients; Tamsulosin HCl and Dutasteride. Tamsolin belongs to the group of medicines called alpha-blockers.

What dose should I choose?

For adults (18 and above), take Initial dose of 1 Capsule of Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg a day.

For children (17 and below): Tamsolin Plus 0.40/.5mg Capsule is not recommended for children.
