Sita Met 50mg/500mg Tablet is commonly used to treat the symptoms associated with high blood sugar in type 2 diabetic patients. It is especially useful for patients unable to control their blood sugar with diet modifications and exercise. Sita Met can be used alone or in combination with other oral anti-diabetic drugs. It is not recommended for Type 1 diabetic patients.

How effective is Sita Met 50mg/500mg?

Sita Met 50mg/500mg Tablets help treat the symptoms of high blood sugar. It is a combination of Sitagliptin and Metformin drugs. Sitagliptin belongs to DPP4 inhibitors, whereas Metformin belongs to the Biguanides class of drugs. Sitagliptin works by increasing the secretion of insulin from the pancreas. Metformin increases the peripheral utilization of glucose. Both are given together to control the blood sugar and keep it in the normal range in patients who are not responding to monotherapy.

What dose should I choose?

The recommended dose of Sita Met 50mg/500mg for adults (above 18 years) is 1 tablet a day.

Maxflow 0.4mg Capsule is used to control, prevent, and treat the symptoms of increased prostate and ease urine flow of urine. It contains Tamsulosin as an active ingredient and belongs to the Alpha-blocker class of drugs. Maxflow 0.4mg Capsule works by acting on alpha 1a receptors, thus relaxing the smooth muscles and making the urine flow easy.

What dose should I choose?

For adults (18 and above), the recommended dose of Maxflow is 1 Capsule every day. Take Maxflow 0.4mg Capsule with breakfast or first meal of the day.

Maxflow 0.4mg Capsule is not recommended for children (below 18 years).

Sita 50mg Tablet is an anti-diabetic medication. It is used in the management of diabetes mellitus and helps reduce high blood sugar levels in the body. Each tablet of Sita 50mg contains the active ingredient Sitagliptin, which is known as a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 inhibitor.

How effective is Sita 50mg?

Sita 50mg Tablet is highly effective if taken along with a proper diet and an exercise plan. Sita 50mg works by increasing the production of insulin by the pancreas and also decreases the amount of glucagon, a natural hormone which causes the formation of glucose by the liver. Thus, by controlling blood sugar levels, Sita 50mg helps lower the risk of diabetes-related health issues such as blindness, kidney damage, heart attack and stroke.

What dose should I choose?

In adults, the usual recommended dose is 2 tablets (100 mg) taken orally once per day. The dose can be taken with or without a meal.

It is not recommended in children.
